We experiment with innovative methods, models, and learning formats to open up new perspectives and ways of thinking. Our seminars cover topics such as personal growth, goal orientation, self-efficacy, meaning, sustainability, compassion, value orientation, and new work.

In the Leadership Talent Lab, you can try out leadership roles – ideal for students who don’t (yet) see themselves as future leaders.

Our mission is to support you in your development, show you scope for action, and give you courage and confidence. We work in a resource- and meaning-oriented way, bring different target groups together, and try out new learning spaces outside KIT.
